WhatsApp Business Onboarding Process

Process Overview:

1. Register Your Meta Business Portfolio
   1. Set up a Meta Business Portfolio for your organization
   2. Complete Meta business verification (company details, domain, etc.)
2. Complete WhatsApp Business Account Onboarding
   1. Kudosity sends you a secure WhatsApp Onboarding Form
   2. Create a WhatsApp Business Account (WABA) under your Meta Business Portfolio
   3. Register and verify your business phone number
   4. Your WhatsApp Business Account is linked to Kudosity’s Tech Provider account for managed access and provisioning
3. API Access & Go Live
   1. Receive your WhatsApp API credentials (e.g., API key, webhook info)
   2. Complete integration and testing with Kudosity’s support
   3. Once validated, your WhatsApp Business account is live and production-ready
